Product Review: Zowie P-TF Mouse Mat

For years now, ZOWIE have been a company that have really helped gamers keep performing at a high level through their amazing products. The way they take what gamers want and turn it into a product that people can love is nearly unrivalled, and that really shows with the P-TF Mouse Mat. The people at ZOWIE have been working alongside Counter Strike Legend ‘Spawn’ to produce this range and what job they have done.

As always, the minute you open the box you can see the level of care that has been put into the mouse mat. The rubber base gives you near perfect stability on the mat and there is no reason to worry about it sliding away when you perform a drastic mouse action, the base clings to a surface with aggression.

As well as performance, ZOWIE also have comfort in mind; the edge of the mat has a triple stitched rolled edge, which is a God’s send during the longer matches. Also, with most material mats, after excessive wear and tear they start to fray, but with this new triple stitched roll, it really increases the lifetime of the product!

When buying mouse mats, most people just buy but never take into account the actual surface, First Person Shooter players will especially appreciate the craftsmanship that has gone into making this mouse mats surface. As previously mentioned they have had the gamer in mind, working alongside ‘Spawn’, to give you a professional edge. The cloth surface makes gliding to get your next headshot even easier and really makes you feel the difference to its competitors.

If, like me, you are a huge shooter/FPS fan you will love the glide and weightless feel it gives you. The sheer quality behind it is not just suited for the FPS, you’ll be wanting this mouse mat for any game that requires heavy mouse use.

To sum up, I have recently been using a competitor’s mouse mat, but after using the ZOWIE P-TF I have been officially converted. The quality and thought that has gone into this product is outstanding and this is truly a mouse mat to aid gamers in reaching that next level, professionally, or if you just want to head shot your mate, then this is will do the trick nicely.

Also little heads up… I managed to spill my drink on the P-TF as most of us do once or twice during our gaming sessions and it was so easy to clean and maintain!
