Doom 3 BFG Edition Has An Official Release Date!

A couple weeks ago, Bethesda announced that the Doom 3 BFG Edition would be coming to the PC, 360 and PS3 this fall. The only problem is that they never gave it a specific release date. Well today Bethesda announced that the BFG edition will be hitting store shelves on October 19, 2012! The game will come packaged with the 2005 classic Doom 3 and its brethren Doom and Doom 2. This sounds like an amazing opportunity for those whom are new to the series.
